Professional Growth Plan
As a school leader in an urban community, it is my personal goal to equip the students with the 21st century skills needed to support college and career readiness. Most importantly, I would like to concentrate my efforts on improved student success rates and increased motivation in grades K-12 with the ultimate goal of increasing the high school graduation rates in urban districts.
My aim is to set the bar high in pursuit of academic excellence by ultimately creating a model school that promotes a variety of initiatives in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
